Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of music licenses are final. Once payment is processed and the download link has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.

Exceptions

• If the download files are corrupted or inaccessible, contact us within 7 days and we will resend or replace them.
• If you were charged in error or twice, contact us within 30 days for a full refund of the duplicate charge.

Withdrawal right waiver (EU/EEA consumers)

AudioPulse music licenses are digital content delivered immediately upon payment. Under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Danish Forbrugeraftaleloven § 18, the 14-day withdrawal right is waived when you expressly consent to immediate delivery at checkout.

You will be asked to confirm this consent before payment. If you do not consent, delivery is postponed until after the 14-day period.

Downloaded tracks

License remains valid on downloaded tracks. Refunds do not revoke commercial licenses on tracks already downloaded to your library.
