AudioPulse Standard License
Version 1.1 — 2026
Every AudioPulse purchase grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free commercial license to use the included audio files in your personal and commercial projects. You are purchasing a license to use the audio files. You are not purchasing copyright ownership.
Permitted uses
- YouTube videos
- TikTok, Instagram, and social media content
- Podcasts
- Films and short films
- Documentaries
- Client work
- Commercial videos and advertising
- Indie games
- Visual novels
- Presentations
- Online media
- Personal and commercial projects
Prohibited uses
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or repackage the raw audio files
- Upload the tracks to streaming services (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Tidal, Amazon Music, etc.) as your own music
- Register the tracks with DistroKid, TuneCore, CD Baby, or any music distributor
- Submit the tracks to Content ID, Audible Magic, or any fingerprinting system
- Claim copyright ownership or exclusive ownership of the tracks
- Register the tracks with PROs or collecting societies
- Use the tracks to train AI models
- Use the tracks in unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or impersonation / deepfake content
License properties
- Perpetual — lifetime use
- Worldwide — any country
- Non-exclusive — the same track may be licensed to other customers
- Royalty-free — no royalties owed back to AudioPulse
- No attribution required
Non-uniqueness disclosure
AI-assisted music may not be unique. Other AudioPulse customers, and other users of underlying AI music tools, may receive the same or similar audio output. AudioPulse does not guarantee uniqueness, exclusivity, or that the audio is not similar to other tracks in existence. If you require exclusive or unique music, see our Exclusive Buyout License — not available through this Standard License.
AI-assisted music disclosure
AudioPulse music is created using AI-assisted production tools under valid commercial subscriptions. We use sonic prompting only — frequency, instrumentation, tempo, key, mood, and structure — and do not use uploaded copyrighted audio, samples, artist references, song references, film references, game references, franchise references, or imitation prompts.
Disclosure obligation
If you use the licensed audio in any context where AI music disclosure is required by platform terms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube content uploads with prominent AI music, or jurisdictions requiring AI labeling), you are responsible for making the required disclosure under the DDEX AI Disclosure Standard or applicable equivalent.
Copyright status
AI-assisted audio may not qualify for copyright protection in most jurisdictions, including the United States, where the U.S. Copyright Office has held that copyright requires human authorship. AudioPulse provides a commercial license for use of the included audio files. AudioPulse does not represent or warrant that copyright vests in any track, that the tracks are registrable with copyright offices, PROs, or Content ID systems, or that you can prevent third parties from using similar or identical audio.
Platform and model changes
The underlying AI music production tools are subject to their own evolving terms, model deprecations, and platform changes. AudioPulse cannot guarantee continued availability of identical audio characteristics, additional versions, stems, or variations of any specific track. Your purchased license to the delivered audio files remains valid regardless of changes to the underlying production tools.
Customer responsibility
You are responsible for verifying that the audio is suitable for your specific commercial use case. For high-budget advertising, major media projects, or high-risk commercial use, consult a qualified music licensing attorney.
Liability limitation
AudioPulse's total liability under this license is limited to the amount you paid for the license. AudioPulse is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, takedowns, content claims, or business interruption. You use the audio at your own risk.
Governing law
This license is governed by the laws of Denmark.

Lifetime Access Terms
AudioPulse Lifetime Access customers receive the Standard License terms above, with these additions:
Lifetime rights
- Permanent access to download all AudioPulse tracks
- Access to all future AudioPulse releases at no additional cost
- Same Standard License applies to every track downloaded
- No recurring fees, no renewals, no expiration
Account-bound access
- Lifetime access is tied to your email/account
- Non-transferable to other persons or accounts
- Download history preserved in your account permanently
What ‘Lifetime’ means
‘Lifetime’ refers to the lifetime of AudioPulse as a service. We commit to maintaining access for the foreseeable future. In the event AudioPulse ceases operations, you retain license to all previously downloaded tracks.
Reasonable use
Lifetime access is for one person/entity per purchase. We reserve the right to suspend accounts showing patterns of mass automated downloading or attempted redistribution.
