Privacy Policy
AudioPulse is based in Denmark and operates in compliance with GDPR. We collect only the information needed to respond to licensing inquiries, deliver licensed music and run the service.
Information we may collect
- Name
- Email address
- Company or organization
- Country
- Project information (project type, description, intended use, timeline, budget)
- Requested track name or YouTube link, editing requirements, licensing scope
- Custom-music requirements (mood, duration, references, exclusivity)
- Correspondence relating to your inquiry
- Source and basic campaign attribution (e.g. UTM parameters) when present in the request URL
- For customers only: order and purchase history, and Stripe transaction IDs (no card details are stored by AudioPulse)
How we use your information
- To respond to licensing and custom-music inquiries
- To prepare quotes and proposed contract terms
- To communicate about the requested project
- To prevent spam and secure the service
- To keep necessary business, tax and legal records
- To deliver purchased audio files and grant library access (customers only)
What we do not store
- Card numbers or payment credentials — Stripe handles all payment data
- Third-party advertising or profiling trackers
Processors we use
We use the following service providers to operate the site and respond to inquiries:
- Supabase — database, authentication and file storage for inquiries, accounts and licensed audio files.
- Resend — delivery of transactional email (inquiry confirmations and internal notifications).
- Stripe — payment processing for customers who purchase a license (payment data is handled by Stripe, not AudioPulse).
Retention
- Inquiries that receive no reply after our follow-up: retained for up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Inquiries that do not result in a licensing agreement: retained for up to 24 months for reference and follow-up, then deleted.
- Inquiries that lead to a licensing agreement: retained together with the executed contract for as long as necessary to enforce the agreement and to comply with applicable business, tax and legal record-keeping obligations.
- Customer purchase and license records: retained for as long as required to honor the license and to comply with legal obligations.
Your GDPR rights
You have the right to access, correct, port or delete your personal data, and to restrict or object to certain processing. You may exercise these rights by emailing contact@audiopulse.io. We will respond within a reasonable time and, where required, no later than one month from receipt.
Cookies and analytics
We use only essential cookies and minimal analytics necessary to keep the service running. We do not use third-party tracking for advertising or profiling.
AI processing
Information you submit in an inquiry is not used to train third-party AI models. Free-text you submit is treated strictly as inquiry content and is never interpreted as system instructions to any automated component.
