AudioPulse collects the minimum data needed to deliver licensed music and run the service. We are based in Denmark and operate in compliance with GDPR.
What we collect
- Email address — for purchase confirmation, library access, and download delivery
- Order and purchase history
- Stripe transaction IDs — payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store card details
What we do not store
- Passwords — library access uses magic link authentication (no passwords stored)
- Card numbers or payment credentials — Stripe handles all payment data
- Third-party tracking data beyond essential analytics
How we use your data
- To deliver purchased audio files and grant library access
- To send purchase confirmations and download links
- To respond to support requests
- To maintain essential site analytics and security
Third parties
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not sell or share your personal data with advertisers, marketers, or data brokers.
Your rights (GDPR)
Because we are based in Denmark, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and purchase history by emailing contact@audiopulse.io.
Cookies and analytics
We use only essential cookies and minimal analytics to keep the service running. We do not use third-party tracking for advertising or profiling.
Data retention
We keep your purchase records for as long as necessary to honor your license and comply with legal obligations. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it.
