These Terms of Service govern your use of audiopulse.io. By browsing the site, purchasing a license, or downloading audio files, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What AudioPulse is

AudioPulse is a music licensing service. We sell perpetual, royalty-free commercial licenses to audio files created using AI-assisted production tools. We do not sell copyright ownership. Every purchase is a license to use the audio, not a transfer of rights.

Acceptable use

You may browse previews, purchase licenses, and download licensed files for the uses granted on our License page. You may not scrape, redistribute, or resell the catalog. You may not use our audio in unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or impersonation / deepfake content. See the License page for a full list of prohibited uses.

Accounts and library access

Library access is granted via magic link authentication (coming soon). We do not store passwords. You are responsible for keeping your email address secure. Access to your purchased files is tied to the email address used at checkout.

Payments

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. AudioPulse does not store your card details. Your payment information is handled entirely by Stripe under their security and privacy standards.

Refunds

All sales of digital music licenses are final. Because our products are delivered instantly, we do not issue refunds once the download link has been delivered. Exceptions apply for corrupted files or duplicate charges — see our Refund Policy for details.

License terms

All purchases are subject to the AudioPulse Standard License. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept those terms. If you need extended or exclusive rights, contact us directly.

AI disclosure

All tracks on AudioPulse are created using AI-assisted production tools. The music is generated through sonic prompting (frequency, instrumentation, tempo, key, mood, and structure) without uploaded copyrighted audio, artist references, or imitation prompts. AI-assisted audio may not qualify for copyright protection in many jurisdictions. See the License page for full details.

Intellectual property

AudioPulse retains ownership of all audio files and the underlying compositions. Your purchase grants you a license to use the audio as described — it does not transfer ownership, copyright, or exclusive rights to you.

Limitation of liability

AudioPulse is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, takedowns, content claims, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license. You use the audio at your own risk. For high-budget advertising, major media projects, or high-risk commercial use, consult a qualified music licensing attorney.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes will be resolved under Danish law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
