Terms of Service

Version 2.0 — Effective date: 23 July 2026

Business-drafted template. Pending final professional legal review prior to public commerce launch.

These Terms of Service govern your use of audiopulse.io. By browsing the site, submitting an inquiry, purchasing a license, or receiving custom-music services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What AudioPulse is

AudioPulse offers project-specific music licenses and custom-music services. The applicable rights are defined by the AudioPulse Standard Project License, the customer's order and, where relevant, a separately signed written agreement.

Acceptable use

You may browse previews, submit licensing inquiries and, once self-service purchasing becomes available, purchase licenses for the uses granted on the License page. You may not scrape, redistribute or resell the catalogue, or use AudioPulse audio in unlawful, defamatory, hateful, fraudulent, impersonation or deceptive deepfake content.

Payments

When self-service purchasing becomes available, payments will be processed securely by Stripe under Stripe's own security and privacy standards. AudioPulse does not store card details. Custom-licensing and custom-music engagements may be invoiced separately under a written agreement.

Refunds, withdrawal and cancellation

Digital products and licenses are delivered according to the checkout terms and applicable consumer law. Eligibility for a refund may depend on whether delivery has started, whether the licensed files have been accessed or downloaded, and on mandatory legal rights available to the customer.

Where immediate delivery of digital content is requested, AudioPulse will, at the appropriate time, obtain the customer's express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledgment that any statutory right of withdrawal is lost once delivery begins. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

License terms

All purchases and licensing engagements are subject to the AudioPulse Standard Project License. By completing a purchase or signing a written agreement, you accept the applicable terms. A separately signed custom agreement controls if it conflicts with the Standard License or these Terms for the identified project and recording.

Extended use, exclusivity or custom production is handled through Custom Licensing.

AI disclosure

AudioPulse music is created using AI-assisted production tools under commercial subscription terms, together with human creative direction, selection, editing, arrangement and mastering. AI-assisted audio may not qualify for copyright protection in all jurisdictions and may not be globally unique.

Intellectual property

AudioPulse licenses only the rights it holds or is authorized to license in the delivered audio. A customer receives only the rights expressly stated in the applicable Standard Project License or separately signed written agreement. No ownership, copyright or authorship of the underlying musical material is transferred unless expressly stated in a signed agreement and legally available for transfer.

Limitation of liability

AudioPulse is not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, takedowns, content claims or business interruption. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable license. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law. For high-budget advertising, major media projects or high-risk commercial use, consult a qualified music-licensing lawyer.

Privacy

Information submitted through inquiries and purchases is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Danish governing law does not automatically remove mandatory rights available to consumers in other applicable jurisdictions.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
